USBLN has been made aware that an unaffiliated group is soliciting our constituents to purchase hotel rooms through their site. Please be aware that this is a scam and you should only book through the official USBLN hotel link. The USBLN Annual Conference & Expo will be held in Las Vegas for the first time. Our host hotel is the beautiful The Cosmopolitan!
Our room block at The Cosmopolitan is SOLD OUT and rooms are now available at the prevailing hotel per night rate plus taxes and a resort fee. The resort fee provides guests with use of resort services and amenities that are designed to enhance the guest experience. This fee includes:
- High speed Internet access (in-room and public areas)
- 24 Hour Fitness Center access
- Unlimited local, toll-free and domestic long distance telephone calls (all 50 states)
- Tennis court access (based upon availability)

You may also book via the call center at 702.698.7575 or 855.435.0005. When calling, be sure to reference the group name “USBLN Annual Conference” to ensure you get the correct group rate.
Additional hotel properties in the immediate vicinity of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas include the Bellagio, Aria and Planet Hollywood. USBLN does not have a group rate at any of these hotels, so you would need to book directly through the individual hotel websites.
*Advance Deposit Required* – Please note that if you booked a room at the host hotel property, a non-refundable deposit of one (1) night’s room and tax will be charged to your credit card within 72 hours of booking.

Accessible rooms at our Host Hotel, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, are limed and available on a first come/first served basis. If you require a wheelchair accessible room, please email The Cosmopolitan Group Reservations Manager, Sarah Allen to make those arrangements: Sarah.Allen@cosmopolitanlasvegas.com. In your email, please be sure to include the following information:
- Dates of your stay (including if you would like to extend your stay either before or after conference dates)
- Specific accessibility needs
- Your best mode of communication for follow up (phone/email)
- Time Zone (Las Vegas is in the Pacific Time Zone, so they will need to adjust for other zones)
Please note, once the hotel is fully committed on wheelchair accessible rooms, the hotel can no longer guarantee these requests. If you have other needs, such as hearing impaired accessible rooms, or visually impaired accessible rooms (which are not wheelchair accessible), you are also welcome to touch base directly with Sarah Allen via the email above.
